Tanner is giving away free tickets, complements of Ron Hunter, to the Spokane County Raceway! The tickets are for May 12th only. Gates open at 5pm. This is for The Hobby Stock Invitational. Just stop by the office, and ask to see Tanner, he is looking forward to giving them all away! See you at the races!

Ron Hunter, will have his race car in the parking lot at our office today, Monday May the 7th. We will be taking pictures with Ron and Tanner from 3 to 4:30 pm. You can meet Ron Hunter, the owner and driver. If you can't make it, you can always see him at the Spokane County Raceway!

This morning a little boy and girl came for their well care. Their mom shared with us that they were so excited to see Tanner. She said for two weeks the kept saying, "We want to see Tanner, we want to see Tanner". This morning Ezekiel and Rochelle had a great time visiting with Tanner before and after their appointment. It looks like puppy love :)

Pertussis (whooping cough) is reaching epidemic levels in our state. So far in 2012 more than 600 cases have been reported, compared to fewer than 100 cases in the same time period in 2011. This puts us on track to have the highest number of cases in decades.

The disease affects people of all ages, but is most serious in infants. The rate of pertussis in infants in our state is nearly five times the overall rate of disease for all ages. Most infants get this disease from their parents or other family members.

We need your help in reducing the spread of this disease. Most people get a series of pertussis vaccines when they’re kids, but protection wears off over time. Vaccination is the key to stopping the spread of this disease. Please see that your children's immunizations are up to date.
