Remember to get out and enjoy all this season has to offer. Always wear a helmet when skiing or snowboarding, this will help prevent head injuries. Sledding, ice skating and snowshoeing are wonderful and fun ways to enjoy the season. The most important thing is to have fun. Dress warm to avoid frostbite, layering is the best way to stay warm. With the high temperatures,Tanner would like to remind everyone to not leave children or pets in cars. The heat level can rise to a deadly rate in a very short time. Remember to get plenty to drink and use sunscreen. It is always easier to prevent a burn than to heal one. Doctor McManus will be returning on August 2nd, he looks forward to seeing you all.
